At Gunderson's Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Your Item

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
